A Texan heard about our World Dining and sent the following.

Sysop. Location: Centerville, Texas Name: Town Cafe ( Only one in town)

Pie: Carmel Meringue Pie Cost $1.75 slice $10.50 for whole pie. Pie is so rich it could be a meal

by itself. Centerville is about 100 miles north of Houston on I-45 and is only one mile east of the

interstate. They also have a barbeque shack right at the interstate so you could eat barbeque

( Whole turkey leg, etc.) and then go into town for dessert. The barbeque shack had been talked

about for years as being good and that is probably how the cafe was discovered by someone

stopping and then wanting dessert afterward.
