Forum usage has grown to the point that some rules need to be put in place.
The Squawk Box golden rule is to post subjects that can be discussed.

1. Avoid personal attacks. If you don't agree with what someone posted, debate their post... not the person that posted it.
2. No profanity. Keep in mind that this website and it's forums are visited by people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Many of which do not appreciate vulgar language. So, the less there is, the better the forums are for everyone. Besides.. a foul mouth doesn't make you look very impressive.
3.Try your hardest to post in the appropriate forum. Don't be upset if we move your post to a more appropriate forum. If we happen to move a post, don't publicly throw a tantrum concerning it. Send a private message to ask about a move or removal post.
4. No advertisements.
5. No name post. This means that do not put someone's name or business as a topic. Be sure to have an issue that goes with your post.
6. Do not post links to any inappropriate Internet sites, including, but not limited to, pornography, racist/hate, etc, sites
7. No discussion of how to illegally acquire copyrighted material or links to websites promoting subversion of copyright.
8. For your safety, no public posting of any personal contact information.
9. Please refrain from posting meaningless topics or threads, one word (or short) nonsense posts, or the such.
10. Pornography will not be allowed in any way, shape, or form.
11. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice or if it can be seen as libel.
12. We reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
13. Additions to these rules will be made from time to time.
14. Guest accounts will no longer be allowed.
Why? As the forums have grown the use of Guest has complicated threads. By creating an account (with a nickname) this will help maintain a discussion flow.
A MAJOR reason is to prevent someone from using your nickname to make a post. Nicknames hide your real identity just like Guest does.
Registration shows commitment to follow the forum rules. It will help the moderator track nicknames that are not following the forum rules for eventual removal.
Registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as definable avatar images, private messaging, emailing of fellow users, user group subscription, etc. It only takes a few moments to register. Please check the Forum FAQ that may answer any other questions about the forums.
15. Terrorist threats will not be allowed, ie. threatening physical harm.
16. Squawk topics will be removed normally after 21 days of no activity.
17. If you would like a post removed send a message or a private message to the one that posted the message. A private message can be sent if you are a user. The user that posted can then request their post be removed.
18. Please follow Internet etiquette. Example, do not type in all capitals. It is harder to read. Use all capitals only when you want to shout something.
19. If you change or add to someone else's quote that is called misquoting and you will be immediately blocked from all Worth-Net forums.
20. Most Squawk topics about to be removed because of no activity for 21 days will be instead moved to the forum Archives. After a period of time an archived topic will be voted upon by registered users to determine if it should remain in the archives.
21. A topic will be locked when a discussion gets to far off of topic, users begin posting information that no longer has a relationship to the topic, flaming becomes more important than the topic, and when two topics are the same or one has been added that is similar the latter may be locked.
22. Plagiarism and not citing a source will not be tolerated. You will be asked to provide your source. If no source is provided the post will be removed. To learn more about this Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!
By stating your post was gotten from someone else will not suffice. The source must be cited or provide a link to the source.

Have removed the Guest account from forums. Here is why..
