When you send a private message (PM) it is SENT when you hit submit and when the recipient logs on, they will be notified that they have a private message. When they retrieve it, it moves into the 'sentbox' file. The messages in your "outbox" have not been read by the recipient. Most likely, they are not aware of the PM because they have notify turned off or have not looked at "Your Account" menu found on at the top of the web page under the Worth-Net banner and checked messages. Users can also check to see if they have any messages by scrolling down on the left hand side near the bottom looking for "private messages".
